01 General Terms

These terms and conditions govern all aspects of using the 0klv platform. By accessing the 0klv website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

02 Account Register

To open an account on 0klv, you must meet the following requirements. Each user may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of 0klv's terms and conditions and may result in account closure.

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Multiple accounts cannot be registered using the same mobile number or email address.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on 0klv can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are fully secured with SSL encryption. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply in accordance with 0klv's terms and conditions.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• VIP members receive withdrawals in as little as 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals involving a bonus are subject to wagering requirements.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

0klv regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to 0klv's terms and conditions, and withdrawals will not be permitted until the specified wagering requirements have been met.

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members on their first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Minimum wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Bonus abuse may result in account termination.

05 Gaming Rules

All games on 0klv use an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Every game outcome is completely fair and unbiased. It is each member's responsibility to play in accordance with 0klv's terms and conditions.

• Bots or automated software may not be used during gameplay.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are in direct violation of 0klv's Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to steal another member's account credentials.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform.

07 Account Closure

0klv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Where an account is closed on legitimate grounds, any remaining balance will be returned.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact 0klv support. All pending bonus conditions must be met and your balance must be withdrawn before the account can be closed.

Responsible Gaming Break

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, use 0klv's Self-Exclusion feature. This allows you to automatically deactivate your account for a set period of time.

08 Privacy

• 0klv is not directly responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Users are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from their gaming decisions.
• 0klv is not liable for service unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.

10 Right to Modify
